Pricing:
We offer two easy payment plans.  Either a two payment option, or a monthly payment option.

Two payment option:

The first payment is a $250 deposit on the beef.  This secures your beef.  the remainder is due at time of delivery.  The cost of  a side of beef is $2.00 per pound hanging weight plus processing. A quarter beef is $2.05 per pound plus processing. Hanging weight  is the carcass after slaughter (see below for an example of yield).    Delivery outside of the Parker area is an additional $.30 a mile.

Useful Information:
According to the American Angus Association, www.angus.org, a 1200 lb steer yields 500 lbs. of retail cuts from a 750 lb carcass.

Of that 500 pounds:

22% are steaks
22% are roasts
26% is ground beef and stew meat
30% is made up of fat, bone and shrinkage

For an average family of 4, half a side of beef, between 250 and 300 lbs. of retail beef cuts will last about a year.  Our beef is best consumed within a year and a half.

We also sell by the quarter, or a full beef.
